How to Plan the Perfect Pony Party
Planning a party with real ponies sounds ambitious, but with a little preparation it's one of the easiest, most magical celebrations you can throw. Here's our tried-and-tested checklist from years of hosting parties at our Stable Yard.
1. Start with the guest list
The number of children shapes everything, how many ponies you'll need, how long ride rotations take, and how much space works best. As a rule of thumb, we bring extra ponies for larger groups so no one waits too long for a turn.
2. Pick a date (and a backup)
Outdoor parties live and die by the weather. Choose your date early, and have a rain plan. Mornings are often best for younger children, everyone's fresh and the ponies are at their calmest.
3. Choose a theme
A theme ties the whole day together, from the backdrop to the cake. Some of our most-loved options:

4. Plan the flow
